1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number and, if you sign in with Google, your profile photo.
- Learning data: which lessons you watch, how far you get, and which notes you download.
- Payment data: order and payment identifiers from Razorpay. We never receive your card or UPI credentials.
- Technical data: IP address and device information, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
2. Why we use it
- To give you access to the courses you purchase and sync progress across web and app.
- To send receipts, class reminders and service notices.
- To detect credential sharing and content piracy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- YouTube and Jitsi Meet — video playback and live class rooms.
4. Retention
Account and purchase records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete your account. Write to the support address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Course notes are stored in a private bucket and served only through short-lived signed links issued after an access check. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider.
7. Children
The platform is intended for students aged 13 and above. If a younger child has created an account, a parent or guardian should contact us and we will remove it.
