1. Who we are

ChemEd (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the associated mobile application, providing online chemistry courses for Class 11 and 12 students. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential.
• One account is for one learner. Sharing credentials may result in suspension without refund.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Course access

• Purchased courses are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use with lifetime access.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as the platform continues to operate the course.
• We may add, update or reorder lessons within a course you have purchased.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not download, record, re-upload or redistribute any lesson video or note.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or share signed download links.
• Do not disrupt live classes or harass other participants.

Breach of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All lessons, notes, problem sets and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. Purchase grants a licence to view, not ownership.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live classes may be rescheduled with notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. We make no guarantee of any particular examination result.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered location have exclusive jurisdiction.
